Petrolimex Aviation (PA) just received a letter of thanks from Mr. Jon Roitman, Sr. Vice President , Airport Operation and Cargo of United Air Lines, as follows:

“Thank you for your ongoing dedication to fellow co-workers and customers. With the help of exceptional co-workers like you, we are on our way to becoming the world’s leading airline.”

Since November 2012 United Air Lines launched the drive entitled Star the Airline Right (STAR) for representatives of United Air Lines at international airports for their best achievement in ensuring for the Airlines to start in time as scheduled.

At a conference on flight operation by United Air Lines in Chicago (USA) on 29-30 April 2013, among 650 representatives of the Airlines worldwide, representatives of United Air Lines at Tan Son Nhat was granted this STAR award together with four (4) other representatives.

This is the background for Mr. Jon Roitman, Vice President for Airport Operation and Cargo sent a letter of thanks to PA, the fueling supplier for United Air Lines flights at Tan Son Nhat airport since United Air Lines opened the flight line from Feb. 2010 until now.

PA has always closely coordinated with customer representatives to grasp the precise flight schedule and improve the fueling service according to IATA level of into plane service, thus contributing to the start of flight as scheduled, and never caused any delay for any flight until now.
