Distribution of dividend for 2022

Implementation

• Deposited securities: Shareholders will receive dividends at securities companies where they opened depository accounts
• Undeposited securities: Shareholders will receive dividends on working days (except holidays), at the Vietnam National Petroleum Group’s Office at 24th Floor, VCCI Tower, No 9 Dao Duy Anh Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi.

Required documents for undeposited securities

• Dividend payment in cash requires documents as follows:
  • Individual shareholders: Identity Card (original). In case of authorisation: a proxy with certified seal and sign by an local authority (Form 01) and Identity Card (original) of the authorised person.
  • Institutional shareholders: Enterprise Registration Certificate (certified copy), Recommendation Letter and Identity Card (original) of the recipient
• Dividend payment via electronic funds transfer required documents as follows:
  • Application form to receive dividends via electronic funds transfer (Form 02).
  • Identifity Card (certified copy)/ Business Registration Certificate (certified copy)
• For shareholders being Petrolimex employees (including those who retired/stopped working/left the company): can register to receive dividends at their working unit.
• For deceased shareholders, documents required include: Application form to receive dividends with certified seal and sign of an authority (Form 03) and Identity Card (certified copy) of the shareholder’s representative.

* Note:

- Shareholders will bear all costs related to the transfer (deducted directly from received dividends)
- Forms available to download are attached above
