In response to Earth Hour, officers and workers of Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) focus on the following actions:

In their own family, persuade their members to use electricity reasonably: switch on when necessary, switch off when not necessary, use low energy bulbs while ensuring enough light such as compact or LED bulbs, air conditioners in summer set at 26degrees.

In office: besides the saving like in their families, only print documents when necessary.

In production and business units: enhance the research and application of advanced solutions to save electricity. Expand the retail shops for gasoline, lub oil and LPG with lighting by compact and LED bulbs.

Above mentioned deeds should be made not only in Earth Hour Day but also in daily practice. “Earth Hour” is the event to send the message to everybody to respect and preserve the precious environment of life for mankind.

Heads of member units, political and social organizations in Petrolimex Group push up the propaganda and cite good persons/ good deeds, and any one who has applicable inventions in saving electricity. To achieve the above is to contribute to save cost and raise the productivity in the business of Petrolimex.
