Hanoi 24 August 2012 , At the office of Petrolimex Petroleum Equipment Joint Stock Company PECO the Agreement on Technical Cooperation and Technological Transfer PE/TSTSN/NMR-DP/2012 was held between PECO, Tatsuno firm and Nomura Trading Company (Japan).

Attending this event was Director General Tran Van Thinh of Vietnam National Petroleum Group and Chairman of Board of Management of PECO Do Huu Tao.

Signatures to the agreement were Mr.Tatsuya Aoyagi, Director of International Marketing Department of Tatsuno, Mr. Takayuki Uruta, Director of Machine nary and Electronics Department of Nomura Trading Company.

The agreement was signed as a follow-up of the agreement between Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation (now Vietnam National Petroleum Group) with Japanese partners. By the agreement, the Japanese partners would supply technical and technological support for PECO to assemble on SKD form and proceed to the localization program (IKD) for high quality oil dispensers with TATSUNO trade mark.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director General Tran Van Thinh highly appreciated the effective cooperation between Japanese partners and Petrolimex and PECO. He strongly believed that the parties would further cooperate in promoting IKD for oil dispensers as planned and supply to market products of good quality (highly durable and highly accurate), at reasonable price and meet market demand in Vietnam.
