In the morning of Mach 27th, 2012, at the headquarters of the Petroleum Transportation Joint Stock Company VIPCO at Central Tower of Hong Bang Road, Hai Phong City, the cooperation agreement signing ceremony was signed between Duyen Hai professional college, a member of VIPCO, and KYOSAN KOGYO Co. Ltd of Japan.

Attending the signing ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Canh Ruong, former Counselor Minister of Vietnam to Japan, Mr. Mamoru Kato, President of Kyosan Kogyo, Mr. Nguyen Dao Thinh, Chairman of Board of Management of Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company VIPCO, Chairman of Board of Management of Duyen Hai Professional College and leaders of VIPCO and the college.

Kyosan Kogyo Co. Ltd was established in 1940, prestigious, experienced and strong in the making of steel structured products of high quality such as train wagons, high speed boats, construction cranes, steel bridge structures…chiefly “smart garage”, a potential product of the company in Vietnam market.

According to the agreement, Kyosan Kogyo will receive a number of teachers of Duyen Hai professional college to be trained in Japan. In immediate future, two teachers of the college will be admitted in April 2012 with expenses borne by the Japanese side. Later on, equipment and workshops will be transferred to the college for training and production. At the same time, the company will send Japanese experts to cooperate with the college teachers to train human resources of high quality in mechanical sector for domestic and foreign labor markets.

Kyosan Kogyo Company cooperation with Duyen Hai Profesional College creates a chance for the college to expand its mechanical and installation training and investment cooperation in coming years.
