To ensure safety, the President’s entourage studied, investigated and decided that all the delegation’s vehicles would use the Petrolimex fuel during their whole journey in Viet Nam.

Accordingly, from May 22 to May 24, Petrolimex Aviation supplied A-1 fuel for the President’s air force at the international airports of Noi Bai, Da Nang and Tan Son Nhat, including the C-17 Globemaster III - a large military transport aircraft, the Lockheed C-130 Hercules - a military transport aircraft, the Marine One helicopter which had the duty to escort and provide emergency rescue on the President’s route from airports to Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh cities, and other specialised vehicles.

This is a great pride for Petrolimex’s officials and labourers as well, because the President Obama’s delegation had trusted the Petrolimex petrol.
