On 4th January 2014 at 8.24 o’ clock at Tan Son Nhat airport, the plane Boeing 757 of Air Astana was fuelled by Petrolimex Aviation, starting the one year agreement of cooperation between the two parties.

Petrolimex Aviation was supplying the bulk of jet fuel for Air Astana's plane.

Air Astana was established by year end of 2001 as a result of cooperation between the government of Kazakhstan and BAE Systems PLC of the United Kingdom. Air Astana always aims at the immutable goal of providing an air service of highest and safest standard for domestic and international flights, using planes of modern make to service and replenish the demand of Kazakhstan.

Air Astana is the second new customer of Petrolimex Aviation in 2014 to refuel when its planes arrive at Tan Son Nhat airport.
