Vung Tau Oct.3,2013, K2 Oil Terminal belonging to Ba Ria – Vung Tau Petroleum Single-Member Company Limited held a successful berthing of MV Long Phu 4 bringing 2,800 cbm of diesel oil.

This is the first shipment by sea directly to Vung Tau from Van Phong Bonded Warehouse in Nha Trang belonging to Petrolimex Group.

Direct reception of goods by sea is a very significant event for the Company. As a last-end depot that imported goods from Nha Be General Depot by barges, the Company now receiving sea shipment directly from Van Phong Bonded Warehouse or Dung Quat Refinery would reduce supply source cost, increase productivity, thus creating conditions for the Company’s steadfast development and reaffirming the position of Petrolimex Group in oil market. Simultaneously, the Company would be more initiative in the supply source in order to stabilize oil market at times of world oil price fluctuation.
