In the morning of March 13, 2014 at the office of the national American airline United Airlines at Tan Son Nhat airport the ceremony of “Silver Safety Excellence Award” in air safety was held. With the witness of representatives of the firm coming from the States and the units giving ground services for the firm at Tan Son Nhat airport, Ms Jill Eshbaugh, Director of Airport Operation in Asia and the Pacific awarded the trophy to the firm’s representative in Vietnam.

Since the start of the air safety program by United Airlines, the biggest airline of the world for all of its representatives all over the world 40 years ago, this is the first award granted to the Asia-Pacific area and more important, it is for its firm representative in Vietnam, the favorite destination for foreign tourists.

Taking note of the cooperation and contribution to the success, Mr. Truong Hoai Nam, Chief Representative of UA in Vietnam granted the certification to Petrolimex Air Fuel Joint Stock Company (Petrolimex Aviation), the unit who has safely supplied to all flights by UA at Tan Son Nhat airport since Feb. 2010.

This is a big pride for Petrolimex Aviation on its way to build the brand name and image in the air supply sector, contributing to the safe flights for passengers.
