Pursuant to shareholder’s Application for reissuance of Share Certificate,
Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) would like to notify the loss and request for a reissuance of Share Certificate to the shareholder mentioned below:

1. Name of shareholder: TRAN VIET TRUNG
Shareholder code: PLX 17858
Number of shares owned: 300 (Three hundred) shares

Within 15 working days from the date of announcement, if there aren’t any complaints, disputes, Petrolimex shall reissue the above-mentioned share certificate on June 24, 2021.
